If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will refund the credit card used for the purchase or issue a gift card. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping is always completely free.

  1. Place the items you are sending back in the original packaging. (Are you only returning one or a few items that seem silly to send back in the way-too-big original packaging? No problem. Place the item/s in any carrier-approved packaging that will keep the item/s safe.)
  2. Remove the original shipping label from the package and replace with the attached pre-paid shipping label.
  3. Drop the package at any of your local UPS locations

Returning package must be postmarked by the 30th day after it was delivered to it’s original destination. (Delivered on January 1st = Postmarked by January 30th)

We can only accept items that are: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in original packaging, and accompanied with an invoice.  Shoes must be in their original undamaged box. Swimwear must have hygiene liners in tact. (Items returned to us that do not meet the above requirements will be returned to the customer, who will be responsible for any return shipping charges.)

Online purchases can also be returned to a Sugarcloth retail store in compliance with the store’s return policy.  Returns to a Sugarcloth store must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.  When returning in store, we can only issue a store credit or allow for an exchange.

The following items are never accepted for return:  gift cards, intimates (bras, bodysuits, etc.), beauty, earrings, hair accessories + hats, vintage, markdowns and anything else designated “final sale”.
