Why doesn’t my package ship out on the same day that I place my order? Why is there a 1-2 business days processing time?
We want your experience with Sugarcloth to be the very best, and we understand this includes a quick delivery time. Our goal is to process your order ASAP. As soon as your order is confirmed, our tribe of sugar-shippers will begin fulfilling your order, but keep in mind that there may be orders ahead of yours. If we ever come across an issue with fulfilling your order, we will contact you right away and hash things out to ensure you’re getting exactly what you want. Also, orders placed after business hours on Friday, over the weekend, or during holidays will be processed at the beginning of the next business day.
Can I make changes to or cancel an order after I’ve completed the checkout process?
We can’t make any promises, but we may be able to catch your order before it leaves our warehouse if you act quickly. Please contact customer service ASAP by email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 310.370.3933. If we aren’t able to halt your order, we suggest you place another order with the correct items, and/or return any unwanted items once your package is delivered. (Don’t forget return shipping is free.)
Why do you offer full returns for purchases made online, but not in-store?
Could you imagine making a lifelong commitment to someone you had only seen a picture of and read a short bio for online? Nope! We don’t expect you to keep an item that you weren’t able to “get to know” in real life first. In-store shoppers have an opportunity to try on the clothes or inspect the item before purchasing, whereas online shoppers don’t.
Do you offer international shipping?
No. At this time we do not offer international shipping, but we would love to hear from you if you’re feeling left out. Email us at email@example.com.
Can I request a restock for a sold out item?
If you find that a specific style, color, or size that was once available on our website is no longer available, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to find it for you. If you have any suggestions for different things you want to see in the future, feel free to drop us a line.
Can I redeem my Loyalty Rewards Points earned in store while shopping online?
No, at this time Rewards points can only be redeemed in store.
Can I redeem a Sugarcloth gift card or store credit issued in store for online purchases?
No, only gift cards and store credits issued online can be redeemed at checkout. Please visit the store to redeem.
How do I use a Sugarcloth gift card issued online?
Simply enter your redemption code in the Gift Card field during the checkout process. Your new balance should be reflected after you click update.
How do I use a promo code?
Simply enter your promo code in the Promo Code field during the checkout process.
